I applied online and got an email a few days later with a date for an interview. I went to the interview and it only took 20 mins. She first asked about my availability and then asked questions about examples of when I'd worked in a team. She then gave me scenarios and asked what I would do in them.

There is a lady wanting to try on a dress in the window, but it isn't in stock. What do you tell her? I was then asked why I gave my answer.
Which would you prioritise if you have these jobs to do: 1) help a customer asking you questions, 2) sort a delivery, 3) tidy clothes off the shop floor. (I was then asked why I chose the order I did)
