Interview
Applied via the Primark website. I had to complete an online assessment where I answered various questions regarding customer service etc. Within a few days I received an email saying I'd got an interview in two weeks time. Because it was a new shop I had to do my interview at a hotel. Attached to the email was a link where I could book a time slot to do my interview. I had a choice of 2 days. I went to my interview where I was asked simple, common sense questions about me and why I'd like to work at Primark. A week later, I received an email saying I'd been given the job.
