Interview
Applied via an application form and didn't hear back from them for a few months.
They called my home phone to invite me to interview and allowed me to pick a time that suited me.
Had interview and had job offer within a day.
Very swift process once interview offer is given but they often recruit for two seasons so applying before the season (summer and Christmas) can mean that you'll wait for the next recruitment campaign.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Primark (Stratford, London, England) in Oct 2014
Interview
You choose a time slot online and then go to customers services who take you up. The interview asked the usual questions about strengths, team working skills etc. They also ask if youre sure you are available for the days/hours you applied for. You then get an email with an offer and on the first day you watch a video and do some small group tasks/lessons. sign countless paperwork which is read to you beforehand and then start a shift. You wont know where youre working until the fist shift (tills, customer service or whatever).
I applied online. I interviewed at Primark (Sheffield, England) in Mar 2014
Interview
It was very simple to get the job as the interview process was quick and easy. I completed some multi choice scenario questions on their website and sent my CV and a few days later they called me for an interview. To start the job it took a couple of weeks as they were revruitng a lot of people at that period of time.
