Primark interview questions

The interview process was a one to one interview, quite relaxed but formal. Asked quite a but of questions regarding what you know about the company, why would you like to work at Primark, any previous experience.

At the start, this was one of the most competent and professional recruiters I had ever dealt with clear, responsive, and supportive. However, after completing the final interview for a role. I was told they were interested but chose to go with an internal candidate, and I was encouraged to stay in touch. I later followed up about another opportunity one I was genuinely excited about, as this was a company I would have loved to work for, I was completely ghosted. The strong start unfortunately gave way to poor communication and a lack of follow-through, which left me disappointed and questioning the professionalism I initially experienced.
