Easy and straightforward. You take required documents (information provided once you get an email from Primark) and give them to front desk and they photocopy it. You then watch an introductory video about the company and its values while you wait. You then proceed to interview rooms. Experience/layout may vary as this was held before the store officially opened in the area. Hiring manager confirms your details e.g criminal convictions, age, and will ask your general availability for shifts, as well as when you'd be able to come in for an induction day. Then straight to questions. Then a thank you and bye. After the interview they let you know when they aim to get back to you which is within 10 days.
........Never got back to me ever, It's been months, so I've let it go and found a job that doesn't actually ghost people! Seriously though, I even sent them a follow-up email and, nothing. Disappointed, but can't blame them as, again, it was a new store in the area so of course, with a high volume of applicants, some applications may get lost. Anyways let me stop talking thx bye
