I applied online, then I received an email for an invitation to be part of the interview face to face with one of the nightshift Managers in the store, basic questions that you can find here in Glassdoor forum, after 2 days, I got a call telling me that the position was for me. I had an induction day, and that is all, next day I started to work.

Interview
It took them about a week to get back to me after I applied online. The interview was very relaxed and calm. I would go as far as saying I had fun. The woman who interviewed me gave me the job on the spot and was very kind.

Applied online and received an interview invitation via email. Had a one to one interview with the store's HR manager. Was really friendly and laid back, with a few basic questions about good customer service etc
