Primark Retail Assistant interview questions

Pretty simple. They want to know what their competitors are and what makes good customer service. It may be helpful if you have other work experience but it's not really needed, since they're retail you'll get the hang of things pretty quickly.

There was one interviewer, she was very friendly and spoke clearly. She asked for my brp, share code and date of birth. She explained the shift pattern and asked me for my preference.
