How would you deal with a customer who is frustrated with long queues?
Applied for the job around midnight then a mini phone interview during the day like why Primark then got an interview. Couple questions which are already in Glassdoor. Three days after got the offer.

Friendly managers who ask specific questions related to the job. They are quite understanding in terms of nerves and anxiety. Due to covid, interview had to take place online. It was relatively quick and easy.
