At the start, this was one of the most competent and professional recruiters I had ever dealt with clear, responsive, and supportive. However, after completing the final interview for a role. I was told they were interested but chose to go with an internal candidate, and I was encouraged to stay in touch. I later followed up about another opportunity one I was genuinely excited about, as this was a company I would have loved to work for, I was completely ghosted.
