Interview
I applied online, uploaded my cc and completed the assessments and within a week I was asked to book an interview slot online. The interview itself was really simple and straightforward, I was asked questions by a woman from HR and her colleague wrote down my answers as we talked. It didn't feel like an interview, more a chat that was over in about 10 minutes.

Interview
The interview was a 1:1 process. I was given 4 questions to answer that were basic interview type questions. I was then given a scenario and was asked how I would respond in that certain situation. I was also asked to which shop on the high street has the most competition and why.The interview lasted for a minimum of 30 minutes and I would say that all the questions were relatively easy to answer, if you do your research about the company before.

Interview
I got an Interview a month after sending my application form. It was for a temporary role. I got a call after 1 month asking me to attend an interview, which was then followed by an email aswell. When I arrived they sat me in the canteen for 5 minutes then a manager came and took me in her office. She was really friendly and made the interview really easy for me. I got asked questions like "If a customer wants some clothes which are on a mannequin but none in store what would you do" I replied saying I would check the store room and if it isnt there then would ask a manager if im able to give the customer the clothes and replace the mannequin with something else. Another question was "describe a situation in which you had to work in a team" I gave an example of an event I had to plan with my business class during college. I then got a call a few hours later inviting me to an induction day which is from 11am - 9pm. Didnt expect it to be sooo long! Also got told that ill be working on the tills.
