This was for a new store opening so there was a group of us listening to a presentation telling us everything about primark , we then were called into a hall and allocated a supervisor / managed who interviewed us individually , it was very relaxed and the lady who interviewed me was lovely and put me at ease .

Interview
Online application does most of the job, so make sure you spent plenty of time on that and add as much info as possible.
One to one interview, quite relaxed if you connect with the interviewer, doesn't last more than half an hour. The key is to try and make answer your question in a conversation way. Do not give short answers, give something that the interview can feedback on and ask you more about it, that way it will turn less formal.

Interview
I was given an online assessment to complete. Once i passed the assessment, I was then invited to a face-to-face interview where I was asked about 6 competency questions. I was also invited to the ground floor where i was given several tasks e.g. folding clothes and helping customers.
