Awful. The phone screening was more in depth than the one on one interview. The overseas coaches did not understand the concept of interviewing Americans and many unqualified associates were hired in the process.

Just a brief interview, your previous experience, do you have any planned holidays, I was on time for the interview but the interviewer was behind on time so I had to wait in the canteen the workers there didn't even talk or approach me which is bad/good depending on the type of person you are.
