Primark Retails Assistant interview questions

The questions tend to always be the same and ask you situations relating to customer service. There will also be other questions on what days you can work etc. and when you are available etc. and the person who is the interviewer will be writing it all down. Just make sure you are confident and answer all the questions

Applied online and about 2 weeks later got a call for an interview the following week. Interview lasted about 20 minutes and was very relaxed ( which was good bc this was my first ever interview). The interviewers were very nice, joking with each other which made it feel more casual. Asked a few questions and then explained what would happen if I were successful. Then the next day received a call saying I got the job and had to go for an induction the next week.
