I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Primark (Sheffield, England) in Sep 2016
Interview
I initially applied online and received a phone call the next day for an interview and was asked to bring ID and national insurance number. When I arrived at Primark (Medowhall-Sheffield)I was escorted to the canteen where I filled out another form (almost identical to the one online except on paper). I was then lead to a room for a 1 on 1 interview, the woman I spoke to was very friendly and i was very nervous as it was my first interview. She acknowledged that and asked the questions listed below. She then asked when I was available (for shifts) She kept saying 'Perfect' and 'that's very good' She then went on to ask if I had any questions for her and I said no. She asked me what I was studying at Sixth Form and then told me the uniform code and how much I would earn an hour. The interview was only today but from how it went I hope I get it.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Primark (Cwmbran, Wales) in Aug 2016
Interview
Applied online. I was contacted via email for interview about 2 weeks after applying online. The interviewer (Deputy Manager) was friendly and the atmosphere was relaxed. He explained about the role and asked some questions. I received a letter in the post, as he said I would, about a week later telling me whether I was successful or not.
How would you order the following in terms of urgency (which would you do first/last):
- picking clothes up off the floor
- dealing with customer query
- restocking rails

Interview
The process was pretty straight forward, the interview was so relaxed and this is coming from a person that is naturally shy. I was asked general questions which anyone can answer with or without experience. The only the thing that was annoying was how long they took to get back to me.
