Super easy and quick I had a zoom interview Asked hobbies, about your self, what good customer service looks like and availability. Team working skills, standard interview questions with no pressure and they’ll help If you’re stuck on what to say
Overall easy and positive interview. I had mine during Covid so it was online, it lasted around 30-40 minutes. According to other colleagues the interviews in person were quite similar!

Primark questions: Why Primark? What do you know about Primark? Top 5 skills you need for the job? What makes good customer service? What makes good team work? If a customer wanted the clothes on the mannequin but they are sold out what would you do? (Suggested answer; recommend checking the nearest Primark, check when is the next delivery, recommend something in a similar style) If the queues at the fitting rooms are long what would you do? (Suggested answer; let customers know that primark has 28 day return & exchange policy, so they can try them at home) Order these in terms of priority; (this is the right order) Customer enquiry Stock on the floor & restocking
