Simply come in and speak to store HR about job role and availability. Interviewed back in 2019 and lasted about 10 minutes. Practically guaranteed after call. Easy transfers across stores as well which avoids having to redo onboarding process.
the interview was very simple and straightforward, somewhat informal and they were very friendly. general questions about suitability and some simple scenario questions about customer interactions etc. it was fairly short and conversational
