Interview
Nothing to formal but really bad experience, no one met me on the day - I had to go to customer services to ask where to go for an interview, I was left for 30 minutes by myself whilst other staff members were sat eating their lunch and having private conversations(awkward and uncomfortable for both parties). They then came and collected me and it was just a small tiny office downstairs from the shop - the member of staff was nice who interviewed me I believe he may have been the manager. Simple interview just availability, experience, why you want the job etc. But then they took a copy of my passport and basically told me I had the job there and then and said they would get back in contact with me .... they never got back to me and it worries me to this day that they have a copy of my ID - AVOID!!!!

Interview
General interview questions, not entirely too difficult. Shadowing a collegue, and learning how to fold/recover the department. Easy going, one to one interview with a dept manager. Did prompt if stuck.
