Sent CV and personal statement. Involved a group interview stage. Asked about self and given situations and how you’d deal with it. Also asked individual questions and group task. All very professional and responsive.

quite easy and straightforward questions definitely do research about the business also they usually hire in groups of people so stand out but it doesn’t matter too much because as long as you get in top 10 you’ll be fine
