I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Primark (London, England)
Interview
I applied online the next day got an email to pick a date for an interview. I went to the Primark on Oxford Street, and it was really busy at the time I went (it always is anyway) then I was to wait in the room for about 5 mins. the interview was easy, the manager seemed really nice and smiley. She asked the same generic questions and I thought I answered them quiet ok. I didn't really get a chance to show of my personality maybe thats why I didn't get an offer. But its Primark so I would I don't see why they would care.

Question 1
Describe a time I delivered excellent customer service?
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Primark (Sheffield, England) in Jul 2010
Interview
This was way before they decided to go through the electronic way!
Anyway I applied by handing my CV to customer services, within 2 weeks got invited for interview then offered the job the following day first thing in the morning.
The interview may seemed daunting at first but gradually it became more relaxing than it should've, to be honest it was the most relaxing job interview I've ever had as I've felt that I was talking to a friend. The interviewer was very friendly.
