Campus Recruitment - Took the global reasoning test in our university. The results for the test came two days after but I had to wait for 2 weeks for my interview schedule. The company emphasizes leadership skills and experiences so most of the questions will be about this topic.

- Lebenslauf durchsprechen - Standard Interview-Fragen - Zeit für Fragen zum weiteren Ablauf, falls man eine Zusage bekommt Ich hatte ein super Gefühl, war auf alle Fragen super vorbereitet. Danach kam eine Absage. Allein die Online Bewerbung ist sehr aufwendig: Motivationsschreiben, Fragebogen über Verhalten in bestimmten Situationen beantworten, Intelligenztest. Sollte man nach dem Skype-Interview weiterkommen, folgen noch viele weitere persönliche Bewerbungsgespräche.
