Interview
First step in application is applying on the site, and providing the basic information. After that, you do the online test, that is personality vise. If you pass that, you are invited to take tests at their offices. It is a 60 minute test with 40 questions regarding logical and numerical capabilities. The test is quite hard and you shoud take the practise thest to what to expect. If you pass that, you are invited to the interwies.

Case based, after they ask you a behavioural question to tell a story in a CAR format (Case, Action, Result) they will ask follow up questions to drill on that case.

1st round with HR manager, 2nd round with Hiring manager, 3rd round with Country manager then final round of on-ground/in-store walkthrough. Questions are pretty standard with behavioral and situational questions.
