Interview
Submitted my resume in a resume drop online. The first interview was 1 on 1, very basic standard interview questions (e.g. Tell us about a time you had to think on your feet.). Had to take an online intelligence and personality test before the interview. Second round was then panel interviews, more tests, and individual 1 on 1 following up.

The interview process was well-structured and professional. The interviewers asked challenging behavioral questions, focusing on leadership and collaboration. Overall, it was a positive experience that gave me good insights.good experience.
5 rounds of interviews with questions directly from the P&G framework. Questions were not very challenging and can be prepared beforehand based on the P&G question format. The rounds increase based on levels of seniority , last round is the highest band.
