Reasoning test, Psychometric Tests online followed by a written test before you are further selected for the interivew. Panel Interview with 3 leaders who were very polite and pleasant. Expect intelligent questions.

Really proactive and forthcoming. Good interview guides available online to prepare. Aligned with the culture. They are usually behavioral questions which are good predictors of success in the job. I think the recruitment process was fair and timely. Good conversations with the folk in the team and good experience overall

Went through the online assessment and it was challenging, especially if you don't know what to expect. They look at your skills and capabilities - like a college entrance test.
