Several rounds of interviews. First is initial application, then you take a few assessments and test. After that, went through two interviews, one on-campus, and one on site. There are plenty of resources online to get an idea of what the assessments are like. And the interviews are behavioral.

Interview
All behavioral questions, not a single technical. I was flown out to tour the two plants in and had a panel interview with three people. Two were engineers and one was in finance. They were all friendly but asked from a list of questions that judged how well you could handle situations that are related to the job. Liked that I asked questions based off of what I saw on the tour.
