After the online assessment and the in factory test, comes the interview with questions on your background, situations you have been into, behavioral questions, etc...
Just be prepared with a punch of situations th be ready because they are gonna ask for alot of them

1 Round simple and easy. 45 minute interview asked 6 questions in total and answer in a STAR format. Situation, Task/action/result and include it in every question. answer confidently and dont hesitate. They are very nice with the marking and they respond with in couple weeks.
There were 2 rounds of interviews, asking about your leadership experience and examples of driving change in previous roles. In between the interview there were tests verifying your pattern recognition skills.

Describe a time you had to convince a team of a new idea
Most likely previous experience. Specific how to, why that, tell me something about a time when, how do you etc. Quite challenging if you don´t have experience but with a plan easy
