I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Berkeley, CA) in Sep 2012
Interview
P&G on campus. Chatted and got to know a few of the recruiters. I was asked to apply online and complete their skills and driver's assessment. It was very similar to a personality/IQ test. I was contacted the next day for a 90 minute in-person on-campus interview. Currently I'm waiting for the response.

I applied through college or university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble
Interview
It was a slow process. Was 2 rounds, each was behavioral. I recommend researching on youtube the types of questions they'll ask, it was very helpful. I was told I got a final round then didn't hear back for 2 months. Ultimately got an offer. Everyone I interviewed with was very nice

Interview
The interview process was great! Typical behavioral questions, and they were curious about leadership, involvement on campus, etc. The interviewer was easy to talk to. They were interested in experience, and why P&G as well.

It was an hour-long online zoom interview which consisted of both competency questions where you give examples from your own experience and scenario-based questions where you explain how you would deal with a situation that they present you with.
