I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Bukarest, ) in Jan 2010
Interview
The journey started with an online application, followed by a personality test (online). Passing that allowed me to go and take the IQ/Problem Solving test (Reasoning Test). The third phase was F2F interviews at P&G HQ (Bucharest). They were 3 in total. The job offer was the last step before getting engaged with P&G. Overall a smooth process led by professional people, with high respect for me and my effort of coming very often to interviews (being 300km away).
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
There is not such as "difficult question". The entire interviewing process ids different than vast majority of interviews. In order to get thru it, BE YOURSELF and DO NOT play tricks on the interviewer (they will finally catch you, and then you'll be banned of ever applying to a job in P&G). Be sincere and open. It's a behavioral interview, hence the interviewer has to know you as much as possible in the limited time you get together (roughly 2 hours).

Case based, after they ask you a behavioural question to tell a story in a CAR format (Case, Action, Result) they will ask follow up questions to drill on that case.
