Nunca me mandaron el correo con las especificaciones de la entrevista que me hicieron, por lo que tuve que averiguar por mi cuenta; la persona que me entrevistó ni siquiera era del área para la que estaba aplicando y no sabía de qué le estaba hablando.

The interview process was well-structured and professional. The interviewers asked challenging behavioral questions, focusing on leadership and collaboration. Overall, it was a positive experience that gave me good insights.good experience.
5 rounds of interviews with questions directly from the P&G framework. Questions were not very challenging and can be prepared beforehand based on the P&G question format. The rounds increase based on levels of seniority , last round is the highest band.
