I applied online. The process took 9 months. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Cincinnati, OH) in Jan 2009
Interview
Applied online in March 08 and months later got two online tests: one about how I "ranked myself among my peers," and another that is more technical in nature. I got an on campus interview in November at my alma mater, even though I had already graduated in the spring. The on campus interview was very standard and focused on my research experience. The questions were not difficult, but rather focused on what you were interested in/good at doing in your previous experiences. A couple of weeks later, I had a 45 minute phone screen from a business manger. I was then asked to do a "day visit interview." The day can be described as long, wierd, and finally confusing. The day started with a test that was fairly easy for a science/math type. Then I had interview after interview with different people in the division. No one could/would ever really answer any of my questions directly about what position really was. So, I felt really frustrated and annoyed by the end of the day. I recieved all positive feeback, however they declided to offer me the position. They acted like my "file" would go into a seperate pool of applicants, but it never did. I am still being teased by them and it's almost Nov 09. If you are indeed thinking about interviewing with them, be prepared to be annoyed and furstrated with their "state of the art recuriting process." Good luck.

Interview
I applied online 2 weeks before the recruiter came to campus, there were two online tests needed to be done before the processing to next stage, which was the first round of interview. I talked to the campus recruiter during the career fair and then I was informed by the school that I was selected to receive a Skype interview.
