Process: Online assessment, 3 interviews, offer.
Very strict in how answers are given, must be in STAR format. Make sure you have clear and defined examples prepped beforehand.
Friendly, each interviewer will ask essentially the exact same questions (I guess they have a list of a few, they are unique to P&G). Don't worry they don't get info from your previous interviewer so you don't have to remember exactly what you said each time.
