I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble
Interview
Went through campus recruiting. Completed job application/screening online. 2 tests as part of online application (first, behavioral/personality; next, logical reasoning). If you pass both tests & get along with recruiters, next step is an on-campus interview. After campus, you'll do an on-site interview (you'll be sent to a factory with other college recruits). Finish up with another reasoning test at the factory (math problems, logical reasoning puzzles, all pretty straightforward questions).
