Took online IQ and Personality Tests. After which I was contacted by recruiter (by email) to schedule an on campus interview. After 2 rounds of interview I was told they would get back to me. In January, I visited the company and had the on-site interview and passed.

3 situational questions 3 about innovation and process improvements. As a fresh grad who interviewed with P&G, it was a bit difficult to think about what I improved at first but always remember even things done in university or during internships count a lot.

3 rounds - same questions - set of situational and behavioral. Each between 1-2 weeks. If you pas everything, you will be invited into a final discussion where you will discuss the contract details, etc.
