It's really professional. They only give 1 day notice prior to the interview. The interview itself is professional and comfortable, talking about the candidate's experience. There was only 1 interviewer but he was friendly and the interview process itself was an amazing experience.

Case based, after they ask you a behavioural question to tell a story in a CAR format (Case, Action, Result) they will ask follow up questions to drill on that case.

1st round with HR manager, 2nd round with Hiring manager, 3rd round with Country manager then final round of on-ground/in-store walkthrough. Questions are pretty standard with behavioral and situational questions.
