Interview
Prior to any interview you must apply online. If they consider you a good fit they will ask you to answer their online assessments. At SHPE NC you must do screening at their booth and do your best to get an interview. If you have not done or received the assessment but they like you, they might move you to the next step to answer the assessment and have an interview the next day.

had 3+ interviews, behavioral questions, tell me what you'd do in this situation - type questions, the interviews were generally nice and understanding but took a month to hear back from each interview

It was very relaxed. There are about three rounds of interviews with three different people in completely different functions that usually ask the same questions and just ask behavioral questions that aren't too challenging
