very basic hiring process....had nothing to do with Finance. You would take 1:1 interviews with 3 different people from P&G; none of them would be your future boss. (These are the one´s who are good at telling you how good the career prospectus are!! they are especially good at using the action verbs, which sound very trilling but portray no information regarding your career options within the company) You wont see any HR personell, except the examiner of the written test.

3 situational questions 3 about innovation and process improvements. As a fresh grad who interviewed with P&G, it was a bit difficult to think about what I improved at first but always remember even things done in university or during internships count a lot.

3 rounds - same questions - set of situational and behavioral. Each between 1-2 weeks. If you pas everything, you will be invited into a final discussion where you will discuss the contract details, etc.
