It was very rigorous and challenging. Questions are on the spot and require creativity and experience. Expect questions on leadership. It was a very difficult interview and the test was also challenging.

Describe a time when you made production more efficient
The process was very nice. I believe there are 3 interviews in total, i did not pass the last interveiw. You will get to interview with people not only in your department, but other department with different bands. The interviewer will really focus on your past experience and extract the value they see that aligns with the firm.
My initial interview was with one recruiter and was pretty positive. He asked behavioral and situational questions. You must follow the Context Action Result (CAR) format as they state. Good luck!
