I applied online. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Cincinnati, OH)
Interview
After applying online, you gave to take a test. It was pretty easy using common sense and thinking on your toes. Sure that is the hard part—the interviews. There’s an initial and a day visit where they fly you out to their location to give their final interview. Originally, after my initial interview I didn't receive an offer for a day visit. I was disappointed but still motivated. I reached out to everyone possible (the person who did my interview, anyone I could find on LinkedIn, etc). Eventually my resume ended up on someone’s desk who was willing to give me a day visit. I originally applied for Gillette in Boston, but this office was R&D beauty in Cincinnati. I practiced my butt off for the day visit interview and was eventually offered an internship
