I applied online. The process took 10 months. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Singapur) in Jul 2011
Interview
I went through 1 timed online test that involves English and Mathematics, symbols and pictorial representations, 1 repeat test at P&G office (timed) after I have passed the online one, attended 4 face-to-face interviews by different category CBD managers each time, and 1 field assessment at Carrefour Hypermarket (24hrs submission) - all in the span of 10 months from the start of my job application via the P&G career portal.

Question 1
For me, it is difficult when the 'language' used is uncommon. Misunderstanding or getting to the right response could be a challenge. For example, during my F2F interviews, there are some 'jargons' used by a couple of interviewers, and the requirements for the field assessment is to write a '1-pager', presenting my findings with the concept of 'start-continue-stop'. These (1-pager, start-stop-continue concepts) may be very common 'P&G' terms or practice, which I have to do some research online and asking around to better understand how to tackle correctly. In fact, after I joined, I realised the P&G preferred method for a 1-pager is to write with an inverted pyramid concept, with the recommendation as the opening paragraph vs as the conclusion.

Interview
There are 3 rounds of interviews. In each round, you will be interviewed by different people, but the format of the interviews is similar in every round. Be prepared on C.A.R framework, study well, and make sure you are familiar with it. This framework will help you construct your answer for the interview very well.

Question 1
If you are facing a problem regarding the logistic system, how would you deal with the situation?
I had a very structural, process oriented interview set with very professional attitude from P&G senior executives. Very standard approach with an exposure to senior management. Very fair process i can say

Interview
Firstly, I was contacted by an HR for a prescreening interview via phone call about two weeks after completing the P&G online assessment. I then had my first interview via a video call with a member of Sales team on the following day. The interview lasted about 50 minutes, starting with some general interview questions about myself then moving to performance-based questions, followed by behavior and situation-based questions. A day later, the same HR called me back that I passed the first interview and would like me to attend the second interview on the next day. My second interview was again conducted via a video call but this time with the Sales Director. This interview was slightly different from the first one since the questions were more unpredictable and assessed the though process more. A week or so later, I received a result of the interview via email.
