First I had an interview on campus, then I got an invitation to come to headquarters in Cincinnati. At Cincinnati they put me in a nice hotel downtown and took me and several other prospective interns to the headquarters building for a dinner with full time employees and a tour that night. The next morning I had an interview with two interviewers at the same time, then we had lunch, then I had to take an IQ/Reasoning skills assessment test.
