I got an invitation for interview after applying through campus recruiting. The questions were mainly behavioral questions that you can google on line. The format of the interview answers were expected to be STAR ( situation, action, result). The person who interview me was really nice and made it more like a conversation, which was comfortable for me. Definitely prepare some of the stories when you did well in your projects, lead a team, resolved conflicts, showed your creativity...

Test and and interview, to get interview you had to get 75% plus in the test. Interview was general questions you would expect in an interview, nothing technical. Very friendly.

1 round of Online application, 2 rounds of online assessment (standard reasoning test with IQ questions, personality test and logic questions) , 1 round of (IQ pattern solving questions, basic math questions, logic questions) assessment on site, 2 rounds of face to face interviews with section heads and HR manager

Describe a situation where you influence a team, face problem in your life and how you solve it, learn something to accomplish a goal, etc. Quite a bit of technical questions related to past projects you have done and how you would approach a real life problem faced by researchers (i.e. how to solve xxx problem a particular product formulation).

Interview
I applied online 2 weeks before the recruiter came to campus, there were two online tests needed to be done before the processing to next stage, which was the first round of interview. I talked to the campus recruiter during the career fair and then I was informed by the school that I was selected to receive a Skype interview.
