Interview
P&G has a standard process where they send you an online test and then ask you over to a reasoning test. After that you go to two interviews and are made an offer.
In my case, only after passing the test, I was told which areas they were looking for. None of them interested me. I accepted one anyway and interviewed for it.

Tell me about a time where you didn't get the result you expected for your work.
The interview process was well-structured and professional. The interviewers asked challenging behavioral questions, focusing on leadership and collaboration. Overall, it was a positive experience that gave me good insights.good experience.
5 rounds of interviews with questions directly from the P&G framework. Questions were not very challenging and can be prepared beforehand based on the P&G question format. The rounds increase based on levels of seniority , last round is the highest band.
