All questions are behavioral and situational to know how would you deal with different situations abd for the technical side they will teach you first you add your cv then you are directed to the online assessment then if accepted you may have up to 3 interviews in the headquarters

1 Round simple and easy. 45 minute interview asked 6 questions in total and answer in a STAR format. Situation, Task/action/result and include it in every question. answer confidently and dont hesitate. They are very nice with the marking and they respond with in couple weeks.
There were 2 rounds of interviews, asking about your leadership experience and examples of driving change in previous roles. In between the interview there were tests verifying your pattern recognition skills.
