At first, they will know about yourself what are you doing currently. Before they will ask and start the interview, they will enlightened the interviewee on how to answer the questions.
It is a great experience and their process is to know more about the candidate's behavior.

Algumas perguntas fora de contexto, como “qual seu filme preferido?”, bastante dificultoso, diversos estagios de entrevista, alguns entrevistadores claramente não queria estar ali. Em resumo, precisa de muita perseverança mesmo.
Quite a lengthy process, very many questions and required structure of responses, STAR method. Interview took over an hour over and above the previous two rounds of aptitude tests.
In the end it didn't proceed as they mentioned that there no longer a business need for the position, which I found indicative of disorganisation.
