3) Second Round with plant technicians
Questions involved pre-given scenarios as well as behavioural questions. I did well in first-round interviews but did not make it through second round interview.

All behavioral questions, not a single technical. I was flown out to tour the two plants in and had a panel interview with three people. Two were engineers and one was in finance. They were all friendly but asked from a list of questions that judged how well you could handle situations that are related to the job. Liked that I asked questions based off of what I saw on the tour.
