Interview
The interview consisted of 2 phone interviews with various managers. They asked basic behavioral based questions that can easily be answered using the STAR method. After completing the two phone screening interviews I was invited to cincinnati for 2 in person interviews at the main offices and reasoning test - received offer via email several days later
The interview process was well-structured and professional. The interviewers asked challenging behavioral questions, focusing on leadership and collaboration. Overall, it was a positive experience that gave me good insights.good experience.
5 rounds of interviews with questions directly from the P&G framework. Questions were not very challenging and can be prepared beforehand based on the P&G question format. The rounds increase based on levels of seniority , last round is the highest band.
