Proceso rápido. Aplique y a la semana me contactó el reclutador para una entrevista rápida. Se me agendó una entrevista para la siguiente semana con un Manager, después me contactaron para decirme que pase hacia el panel con 3 Senior Managers. A la semana me llegó un examen de inglés y a la semana me llegó la confirmación de la carta oferta, pero esta se me presentó una semana después. La comunicación con el reclutador fue constante.
Respecto a la dificultad de la entrevista, hay que asegurarse de contestar en formato CAR y mostrar que el tú erfil está alineado con PEAK y los PVP de P&G, que basicamente son skills de liderazgo y de problem solving.

1 Round simple and easy. 45 minute interview asked 6 questions in total and answer in a STAR format. Situation, Task/action/result and include it in every question. answer confidently and dont hesitate. They are very nice with the marking and they respond with in couple weeks.
There were 2 rounds of interviews, asking about your leadership experience and examples of driving change in previous roles. In between the interview there were tests verifying your pattern recognition skills.
