The interview process is really CAR model-based. It is not really difficult, but you need to be methodic in order to pass the interview successfully. You can easily prepare it with random questions at home where you use the CAR model as many times as needed

1st round with HR manager, 2nd round with Hiring manager, 3rd round with Country manager then final round of on-ground/in-store walkthrough. Questions are pretty standard with behavioral and situational questions.
