Interview
Online assessment followed by 3 Interview rounds, mainly fit questions but occasionally situational-based questions. Have to prepare well for the fit questions, they follow the peak performance factors, have to give context and results, focus on what you did and the results achieved.

Had to first complete an online assessment at my own time to evaluate relevant skills, followed by a panel interview to further assess suitability, experience, and alignment with the role’s requirements.
