I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Singapur)
Interview
The process was efficient. I applied for a role online and received an email to complete a pattern recognition test and answer some behaviour questions. The next day, I received an email to attend do another quiz at P&G office. Within the same week, I received an email stating that I had passed the test and the talent acquisition team would be in contact with me. In a week, I received a call from a HR personnel who helped me arranged for an interview with two managers from Sales. They were nice and asked very basic questions about my leadership experience. My advice is don't be nervous just share what you have don't. Good luck.
I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Casablanca, NC)
Interview
The interview process typically includes initial screening, competency-based questions, assessment of technical knowledge, problem-solving tasks, behavioral evaluations, and a final interview to assess cultural fit and communication skills. I did enjoy the interview with the interviewer.
