After the online assessment you need to go through 3 interviews with different managers. Each one can make you continue the process or block you. The interview is very standard and enjoyable. Prepare nice examples from your background instead of trying to remember all the possible questions.

Tell me about a time in which you lead a group. What if you are working with a colleague in a project and the deadline gets anticipated and your colleague will not be able to make it.

Very unorganised and was walking them through my CV, was picked apart and asked questions which was fine - but implied as I didn't do economics/maths I wouldn't get the job. I was curious why the interviewed me if they weren't going to hire me.

You have to answer as an extrovert on the personality assessment or else they'll throw your app out. You also have to do well on a faux-iq test or else they'll also immediately throw out your app
